• Selfie; Take a selfie looking straight into the camera.
• Proof of Address; A Bank Statement or Utility bill issued within the last 3 months.
• SSN; Input your SSN number – This is stored super securely and nobody can access this information.

My verification keeps failing, what do I need to do?

Your ID document must show all four corners, it must be clear and not blurry, it must be valid (not expired), and cannot be issued from a restricted State or Country. Should you still have issues verifying your ID document, please contact our Guest Service Experts.

Your selfie must be straight on, clear, and of you, the account holder.

Your proof of address must be a bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 3 months, it must also show all four corners.
