2.2 Gold Coin Purchase Limits
To help manage your play proactively, you can set limits on your Gold Coin purchases. These limits support sustainable and controlled gameplay.
You can set a purchase limit for:
- 1 Day
- 7 Days
- 30 Days
2.3 Take a Break
A "Take a Break" is a short-term cooling-off period if you feel you need to step away from gameplay.
You can choose from the following durations:
- 1 Day
- 3 Days
- 7 Days
- 14 Days
- 30 Days
- 90 Days
During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended and will automatically reactivate once the selected period ends.
2.4 Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion is a longer-term, binding option for players who wish to stop playing for an extended period.
Available durations include:
- 6 Months
- 1 Year
- 3 Years
- 5 Years
- Indefinitely
Self-exclusion is a serious decision. Your account will remain closed and cannot be reactivated until the selected period has expired.
For indefinite self-exclusion, your account will be locked for a minimum of six months. After this period, you may contact Customer Support to request a formal review for reactivation.
2.5 Reality Check
Reality Checks provide reminders of your session duration to help you manage your time on the platform.
The timer begins when you start playing, and notifications will appear at your selected interval to help you decide whether to continue.
You can choose reminders:
- Every 15 minutes
- Every 30 minutes
- Every 60 minutes
2.6 Permanent Account Closure
If you decide you no longer wish to play on our platform, you can request a permanent account closure at any time.
This action is irreversible, and your account cannot be reopened for any reason.
3. HOW TO ACTIVATE A TOOL OR SET A LIMIT
To activate a Take a Break, Self-Exclusion, Reality Check, or to set a Gold Coin Purchase Limit, log into your account and navigate to "My Account." These tools are available within the Responsible Social Gameplay section of your account. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support via email or live chat for assistance or to request a permanent account closure. Our trained staff are available to assist you promptly.
4. KEY POLICIES YOU MUST KNOW
4.1 Breaks and Exclusions are Binding: Once a Take a Break or Self-Exclusion period is activated, your account cannot be reopened until the period has fully expired. All decisions are final.
4.2 72-Hour Cooling-Off Period for Limit Changes: If you request to increase or remove a Gold Coin purchase limit, a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period applies before the change takes effect. Decreasing a limit is effective immediately.

- Play for entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Only purchase with money you can comfortably afford to spend.
- Set a budget and stick to it.
- Set a time limit before playing.
- Take frequent breaks.
- Avoid playing when upset, emotional, or intoxicated.

6. COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS
- "I'm due for a win." You cannot predict outcomes. All results are random.
- "Lucky rituals improve my chances." They do not influence outcomes.
- "Playing longer increases my chances." Time does not affect outcomes.
