JACKPOT TERMS GC

1. All players are automatically opted in to participate in the GC Jackpot.

2. A fixed contribution of 1 GC is deducted per game round, per player. This contribution is the same no matter how many GC are played.

3. The Legendz GC Jackpot has three progressive tiers: Minor, Major, and Mega.

4. Live dealer games, bingo, and sports games are not included in the Jackpot.

5. The Jackpot is opened to all Legendz guests. All the following restricted states will be unable to participate in the jackpots, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Washington, West Virginia. Players from the following states will not be able to play the pragmatic games: Maryland, and Delaware.

6. The JACKPOT can randomly trigger at any point in a game round and players will see a jackpot animation that determines the jackpot tier won (randomly).

7. If a player’s GC balance is too low to cover the Jackpot contribution after starting a game round, the Jackpot entry for that round will not be placed.

8. All Jackpot contributions and results are recorded in the player’s Game History.

9. The GC Jackpot can trigger at random, at any time, awarding a randomly selected winner.

10. Jackpot prizes are awarded in Gold Coins (GC).

11. Jackpot winnings have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world prizes. They are for entertainment purposes only.

12. The current Jackpot amounts are shown on the website in real time, but there may be a short delay.

13. By participating in the Jackpot, players agree that their first name may appear in the list of recent winners.

14. Legendz may pause, modify, or end the GC Jackpot at any time without prior notice. If discontinued, any unawarded contributions will carry over to a future Jackpot.

15. If communication between Legendz and the Jackpot server is interrupted, the Jackpot will be unavailable. No contributions or winnings will occur during this time, and the Jackpot amount will remain unchanged until the connection is restored.
